These terms govern your use of the PricingPro platform and services. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

PricingPro provides AI-assisted construction pricing tools including estimate generation, live material price data, and white-label deployment services. The service is provided “as is” and we make no warranty as to the accuracy of any estimate or material price.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access with unauthorised users or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must not use PricingPro to:

Generate estimates for fraudulent or illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API

Pricing and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Data

You retain ownership of the estimate data you create. By using PricingPro you grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service and (in anonymised form) to improve our pricing models.

Limitation of liability

PricingPro’s liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
